Don't Forget the Sunscreen: Sunscreen is necessary all year round, but even more important when the weather is warmer. Try to use ingredients like zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. These ingredients form a barrier against the sun and work as soon as it's applied. Look for broad-spectrum products You may have heard you should look for a "broad-spectrum" product that protects against both UVA and UVB rays.
Switch up your Moisturizer: You can trade your heavy moisturizer for something lighter. Our skin holds more water in warmer weather, so you won't need as much hydration. Look for products containing hyaluronic acid, as they will deliver maximum moisture and protection without being overly heavy.
Exfoliate: Get rid of winter skin dullness by exfoliating at least once or twice a week. Exfoliating removes the dead skin and leaves skin feeling brighter and fresher.
Throw out old products: Give your shelfie and spring-cleaning and throw out anything past its expiration date. Old products can be home to bacteria, leading to dull skin and clogged pores.
